The Constitutional law

The Koran, the Constitution of Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabia follows the system of absolute monarchy, and does not have a formal written constitution. The statute of government, promulgated as a royal decree in 1992, is the country's constitution, although it does not have the full accuracy to be so, but it clarifies responsibilities in state institutions. The statute of government states that the king must govern in accordance with Islamic law and that the Qur'an and Sunnah are the country's constitution. The interpretation of the Koran and Sunnah is through scientists. The Basic Law of Governance also indicates that the monarchy is the system of government in Saudi Arabia. It also refers to the principles on which Saudi Arabia is governed: justice, shura, and equality in accordance with Islamic law
